Your AeroSillage membership

Version: 24 October 2026. These terms govern new subscriptions to the paid offer below. Existing subscriptions and historic trials keep the terms and dates of their original order.

The Premium service

Premium provides online access to all AeroSillage subscriber content in French and English while your access rights remain valid. You need a recent browser and Internet connection; no dedicated software is required. Membership is personal and does not grant republication or redistribution rights.

A free AeroSillage account does not require payment. Editorial emails are optional, contain no advertising and are independent from paid membership.

Price, promotion and renewal

Prices are in euros including applicable taxes. The promotional offer is €0.99 for the first month, then €2.99 per month, automatically renewed monthly. It is open to eligible first-time beneficiaries for thirty calendar days from the actual launch; the start and end dates in Paris time appear on the offer page. New subscriptions after that window cost €2.99 per month.

The benefit is available once per person. Verified account, email and card history are checked; a former trial or subscription may make you ineligible. Creating another account does not erase that history. Shared cards may require review: contact us. These checks cannot perfectly identify every individual. If ineligibility is established only after a €0.99 payment, that new payment is refunded and only the associated new subscription is cancelled; existing rights are preserved. Standard pricing will require a new explicit agreement.

You see and accept your actual price before payment. The first renewal is one month after confirmed payment. The exact calendar date appears in your confirmation and account. Later renewals follow your Stripe subscription calendar, including month-end adjustments. Existing contracts are not repriced retrospectively.

Ordering and payment

Sign in to your single account, check the price and terms, then confirm payment on the secure Stripe page. Available payment methods depend on those displayed by Stripe for your country and device. Access starts after verified payment confirmation, not merely a browser redirect.

A declined or interrupted attempt does not create paid access. If confirmation is pending, resume from your account or contact support before attempting another payment. Your confirmation includes these terms in a durable format. Receipts are available in your account.

Stopping renewal

You can stop automatic renewal at any time from the cancellation page linked from your account. The actual access end date appears during cancellation and in its confirmation. Paid access continues until that date; renewal stops once cancellation has been recorded.

Ordinary cancellation alone does not create a prorated refund for a paid period already started. This does not restrict statutory withdrawal, legal guarantees or refunds for billing errors. Historic free trials keep their own cancellation rules, which may end access immediately.

Your right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Requesting immediate access does not waive that right: AeroSillage preserves it and does not deduct service use from a refund for withdrawal validly exercised within that period. Statutory rules for calculating and extending the deadline apply.

Use Withdraw from this contract here, or send an unambiguous statement to contact@aerosillage.com or the business address above. The online form lets you review and confirm the declaration; an email acknowledgement includes its contents, date and time. No reason is required.

Valid withdrawal ends the relevant contract and results in a refund of the corresponding payments within fourteen days of receipt, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without fees. Support checks and processes the refund; submitting the form does not debit you, automatically change other subscriptions or delete your account.

Legal guarantees and assistance

Statutory conformity guarantee for an ongoing digital service. It covers non-conformity throughout the contractual supply period, including renewals. You establish the defect, without having to prove when it arose. Necessary conformity updates are provided throughout that period. Correction must be free, without unjustified delay or major inconvenience.

Refusal, unjustified delay, imposed costs, major inconvenience or unsuccessful correction may entitle you to a price reduction or termination under statutory conditions. A sufficiently serious defect allows immediate remedies; a minor defect in a paid service does not alone justify termination. Unavailability for correction suspends the remaining guarantee. Hidden-defect remedies under French Civil Code articles 1641–1649 also apply for two years after discovery. Other mandatory rights and any entitlement to damages remain intact.

Complaints and mediation

First send a written complaint to contact@aerosillage.com. If no amicable solution is reached, you may refer the dispute free of charge, subject to admissibility requirements, to CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France: referral instructions, declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net.

A prior written complaint to the seller is required; referral must be made within one year of that complaint. CM2C mediation is conducted in French and does not prevent court remedies.

Data and contract records

Account, payment and request data are used to perform the service, meet legal obligations, prevent repeated promotional benefits and handle complaints. AeroSillage does not store full payment-card numbers. See the privacy policy for recipients, retention and your rights.

French law applies without removing mandatory protections applicable in your country of residence. Accepted terms remain available in your confirmation and from contact@aerosillage.com. Future changes do not rewrite an existing order.
